Lately I have been focused on auto repair while ignoring auto matenence. This is what lead me to research some basic matenence such as oil changes. It is a very important procedure which requires several tools and materials including an oil filter wrench, a ratchet or normal wrench, an oil container, a funnel, a rag, a new oil filter and last but not least, oil. First you have to get the old oil out by undoing a bolt on the bottom of the vehicle. Then you have to take out the old filter, partially fill another one and put it in. Our vehicles have had oil changes a few months ago, but my dad says that I can do it next time around. I found the information on oil changes from HERE.
