Today I replaced the battery in my truck. My dad taught me that If the truck seems to struggle before starting, It usually means that the starter motor isn't getting enough energy from the battery. I had to detach and remove the old battery and then put the new one back in, connect it, and secure it to the base again. It wasn't that hard but it was quite challenging to find the right tools; auto parts sometimes use different dimensions than the standard. Overall, I thought that it was a pretty good experience and I learnt allot.

hi todd
ReplyDeleteI'm curious to know if you worked this much with your dad on anything before. Is this interaction changing your relationship or how you see your dad? This might be the kind of thing you could comment on as a byproduct of the project in terms of Approaches to Learning. What do you think?
